Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fitcountable, a fitness, nutrition, AI logging, and accountability app operated by Pentridge Media. By using Fitcountable, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

Informational fitness and nutrition tool

Fitcountable provides tracking, estimates, reminders, AI-assisted drafts, and accountability features for informational purposes only. Fitcountable is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified professional before making significant exercise, nutrition, weight, supplement, or health changes.

AI estimates and user review

AI and nutrition database outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any workout, food, calorie, macro, goal, or proof draft before saving or sharing it. Do not rely on Fitcountable for emergency, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Do not misuse Fitcountable, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, upload malware, scrape data, harass users, impersonate others, or use Fitcountable to promote unsafe exercise, eating disorder behavior, or unlawful activity.

User content and proof posts

You retain responsibility for content you enter or upload, including captions, profile photos, proof photos, workouts, meals, and social posts. Only share content you have the right to share. Do not post nudity, hate, harassment, private information about others, misleading proof, or content that violates law or platform rules. We may remove content or limit accounts when needed to protect users or operate the service.

Social visibility

Fitcountable includes private, friends, and public visibility controls. You are responsible for choosing the correct audience before sharing. Friends-only proof is intended for approved friends; public proof may be visible to people who can access your profile or public surfaces.

Instagram Story sharing

Fitcountable may create a branded story image and open Instagram or the iOS share sheet. Sharing is user-initiated. Fitcountable does not automatically post to Instagram, control Instagram, or guarantee that Instagram will accept or display shared content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may be offered as monthly, yearly, lifetime, or trial purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices and features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Restore purchases is available in the app.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI models, nutrition data sources, social features, limits, or pricing. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination

You may stop using Fitcountable at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if required by law or platform rules.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fitcountable is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pentridge Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for injuries, losses, or decisions based on app estimates, workouts, nutrition information, AI outputs, or user content.
